Return Eligibility

  • Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Jewellery must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all packaging, certificates, and tags intact.
  • Custom-made or personalized pieces cannot be returned unless faulty.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer support at support@ykjewellers.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.

Refunds & Processing

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item.

Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, in such cases.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or engraved jewellery
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards
