Return Eligibility
- Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Jewellery must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all packaging, certificates, and tags intact.
- Custom-made or personalized pieces cannot be returned unless faulty.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer support at support@ykjewellers.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.
Refunds & Processing
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item.
Faulty or Damaged Items
- If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, in such cases.
